Mark Fry studied Business at California State University Monterey Bay before launching his real estate career in San Francisco in 2018. Starting from modest beginnings, Mark worked various jobs to support himself as he built his career. Within his first six months, he secured his first listing and closed two buy-side deals from cold leads, enabling him to focus entirely on residential real estate.

Throughout his career, Mark seized every opportunity to expand his expertise, taking on roles such as Showing Manager, Director of Leasing, and Corporate Relocations Advisor while continuing to help clients buy and sell homes.

In 2023, Mark transitioned to commercial real estate, beginning as an Investment Associate and Acquisitions Specialist. He quickly adapted, excelling in investment sales and commercial leasing. In his first year, Mark closed 13-landlord representation leases, represented 4-principals on the sell side, and assisted 1-principal on the buy side of commercial property sales. His diverse background in real estate provides him with a unique depth of knowledge that sets him apart in the industry.

Mark has always known San Francisco is home. He lives in Pacific Heights, proud of his beginnings in the Tenderloin, where his journey first began. Grateful for his success, Mark credits his relentless work ethic and the support of those who believed in him.

Outside of the office, Mark is an avid car and motorcycle enthusiast with a passion for Porsche and Ducati, often bringing them to the racetrack. He also enjoys cycling, photography, and exploring the Bay Area’s world-class nature. You can see some snippets of his life below…
